New release album

Jennifer Knapp, a christian music artist, has returned from her long “vacation”.  She has a new record coming out called Letting Go.

She has admitted to the world that she is a lesbian.  In interviews with her, she has stated that it is difficult to decide between her lesbian relationship and between her faith.

She chose her relationship instead of God though she may believe she can have both.  Without getting involved in a religious debate on whether this is biblical and/or true to real Christianity, I will stay that this does stir quite a bit of controversy.

I am sure there are people on both sides of the fence.  Some still support her and her music while others have decided to not support her at all since being a lesbian and being Christian conflicts with the teachings of Christianity some would say.

Jennifer Knapp’s new record is being released May 11, 2010.  It is called Letting Go.

Her previous albums are called Kansas and A Little More.  These two have wonderful and meaningful christian lyrics placed to wonderful music.  Her third album is called The Way I Am.  It takes a different approach to her previous albums as some of the songs are christian and some of the other songs are secular or at least hard to figure out what message she was trying to convey.
