Nashville, Tenn. may be the capital of country music, but Rascal Flatts escaped the long winter in the southern state to record their new album in sunny Santa Barbara, Calif. New release album
While the departure of lead vocalist/guitarist Steven Page shocked fans in and outside of the Barenaked Ladies’ native Canada, the quirky pop-rock act is simply looking ahead. The Barenaked Ladies have suffered their fair share of turmoil in recent years, which is why fans were happy to see the band performing during the festivities surrounding the recent Winter Olympics in Vancouver. New release album
Jack Johnson’s newest album will be called To the Sea, and it seems an appropriate title for this mellow musician, who’s responsible for tunes like “Bubble Toes,” “All at Once” and “Taylor.” The album is not expected to land in stores until June, but fans are already celebrating its arrival and are especially looking forward to the single, “You and Your Heart,” which will precede the record itself.
